ORIENTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR BEGINNERS.
ALL POTENTIAL STUDENTS WITH NO PRIOR MUAY THAI EXPERIENCE MUST COMPLETE A 45-MINUTE ORIENTATION BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN A FREE TRIAL CLASS OR SIGNING UP. $65 Orientations are only available before you sign up or participate in a class. One Kick's Gym offers classes for 5 years old and up in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu & MMA. Our classes are co-ed except the Women-Only Classes. Whether you want to be a amateur or professional fighter, just want to get in shape, or just want to learn self defense we have a program to fit your needs. WOMEN-ONLY CLASSES!
Women's Only Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week from 6pm to 7pm led by Kru (Instructor) Joyce Luna. Train in a friendly environment that focuses on respect, discipline, and self esteem. When you train with us you will learn Muay Thai, get fit, lose weight, learn self defense, and build your confidence. We are here to help you reach your goals while having fun!
