Nick Blomgren began training in Martial Arts in 1975. He realized early in his life that he was passionate about learning all he could about the Arts. Nick competed in various styles of Martial Arts as well as Boxing. Encouragement from his Master Instructors and peers led him to open his own training facility in 1993. He is not only an accomplished athlete but a gifted teacher of Martial Arts as well. Some of Nick's students having completed Black Prajioud Certification have continued on through his Instructor Training Program achieving Kru status not only recognized by One Kick's Gym but also by the United States Muay Thai Association (USMTA). All OKG instructors have completed these courses as well as learning Master Nick's unique One Kick System of teaching.

Whether you are a professional or a beginner; interested in Muay Thai and/or Jiu Jitsu we have a program to fit your needs. Through our concern for today’s youth and our expertise of Martial Arts we work to keep kids “off the streets and in the gym”. Master Nick has a unique program which combines Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu in a safe environment to teach the importance of respect and self-control. His program aids in building self-confidence, good sportsmanship, and instills positive attributes students will carry with them throughout life.
